Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2: There Will Be Snow I pass about 27 billboards for this movie on my walk to class everyday.
Which marketing executive let their 8-year-old child add those extremely convincing foam "meatballs" to this ad? *** In Denmark movies are usually in English with Danish subtitles. However, animated movies —and kid movies in general— are actually dubbed over in entirely in Danish.

And a new world record was set for the world's most hipster street art #PutAMustacheOnIt In other Copenhagen world news ...
Rasmus W. Tscherning returned as a guest speaker to my "Creative Industries" class. His lecture culminated with an argument that Las Vegas' "Heart Attack Grill" is part of the Experience Economy. If you haven't watched this video, then you don't have a full understanding of the United States culture, cuisine, and foolhardy protection of a person's god-given freedoms. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqf_SIQ3JA Click on the link and "you're about to enter a dietary Twilight Zone." I highly doubt there is a DIS student discount here. Point of Information: I am well aware that Pussy Galore was NOT a character in "For Your Eyes Only."
Since the Danes are OBSESSED with biking, I tried to think of a clever biking-related James Bond pun, however ... simply plugging the word "bike" into James Bond movie titles proved slightly more amusing than it probably should.
That joke is now 100% over. #FromCopenhagenWithLove Possibly the world's first iPhone photo in history to feature a bathroom mirror but NOT show a sexually suggestive reflection of the photographer. This is the bathroom wallpaper in a cafe on Jaegersborggade. #MarleneDietrich
It feel like I just meet these ladies, and already I'm saying goodbye. These are two of my flatmates (Mariéme & Bianca). They are both from Germany. And both have already been in Copenhagen a semester.
This is their last week in Denmark. For the record, they were planning to move out BEFORE they met me. I have NO idea who my new flatmates will be. Still, I'll be sure to post a picture of my new flatmates once they arrive. Hopefully, that picture will capture them jet-lagged and looking their finest. Tonight, Denmark won 2nd place in the 2014 European Men's Handball Championship …
never forget the old Danish saying about handball: a hand in the ball requires an operation. Big Brother is not only watching you, but he has excellent eye for exterior decorating.
This baby was turned into the lost and found at Copenhagen Central Station. Actually, this is a doll. It is part of an art exhibit.
It is located at the Nikolaj Kunsthal, Copenhagen Contemporary Art Center. The Nikolaj museum is inside an old church. The doll is part of the exhibit "Human Animal" by artist Marika Seilder. This eerily realistic doll accompanies Seilder’s film “Mother-Others.” Her film examines the phenomenon of these silicone babies. Somehow, I’m glad I missed out on this trend until today. A final question: If you raised a silicone girl in Silicon Valley would she be an actual Silicone Valley girl? A sign lights my way as I walk to the metro station after day #1 of DIS classes. My day started with a meditation on the topic of sustainability. Professor Anne Merete led the activity in the course "European Sustainable Development."
Next, in "Terrorism & Counter-Terrorism in International Politics," Professor Jesper facilitated a heated debate. He posed the question, "What was more important: 9/11 or United States' reaction to it?" Finally, in "Creative Industries," guest speaker Rasmus W. Tscherning gave his opinions on topics from Madonna and Cirque du Soleil to French T.V. and penny whistle solos. Rasmus is the Managing Director for the Center for Culture & Experience Economy, Denmark. Equally important ... Rasmus is an immensely quotable individual. A sampling of his witticisms from the lecture:
